UX – A few notes on service design
I’ve wanted to draw a visual blog about service design for years and now I’ve done it :). I owe a lot to the book ‘Service design’ by Andy Polaine, Ben Reason & Lavrans Løvlie, so I want to thank them kindly for the information and the inspiration.
Op de tôffel
Vorig jaar werd ik gevraagd om een stripje te maken voor het jubileumboek van ‘op de Tôffel’, het muziekfestival van Vierlingsbeek wat dit jaar 25 jaar bestaat. Het boek komt vandaag uit en de strip stond afgelopen donderdag in de Gelderlander, dus nu mag ik hem ook publiceren.
